To make a booking we require the following Information:

* Full name of 1 person.
* Precise arrival & departure dates.
* Type of accommodation & plan.
* Airline name, flight number and times of arrival & departure.
* Contact phone & fax number or e-mail address.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Hotel immediately answers via phone, fax or e-mail all reservation requests confirming or denying the booking if no space is available for the requested period.  If confirmation is possible we e-mail or fax a copy of the 
reservation sheet with all the pertaining information ( names, dates, type of room, confirmation #, bill breakdown, payment information, etc....).

To process a reservation we need the following information:
* Full name of 1 person or group denomination.
* Number of persons & type of accommodation.
* Precise arrival & departure dates.
* Airline name, flight # & time of arrival (so that we are able to meet guests at Roatan airport).
* A deposit for the value of 2 nights or a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card #  & expiration date.

TYPES OF PLANS & PRICES:

The EUROPEAN PLAN Includes transfers airport-hotel-airport, lodging, flight reconfirmation.

The AMERICAN PLAN, which includes transfers airport-Hotel-airport, lodging, 3 meals per day, transfers & admission to Roatan Museum & Marine institute<dolphin show> (3 nts stay minimum), complimentary use of snorkeling gear (3 nts stays min.), boat trip to West Bay beach (4 nts stays min.),  flight reconfirmation.

In the American Plan, children between 6-12 years sharing room with adults pay an additional supplement of $ 35.00 per day.

DEPOSIT or payment requirements, due dates, payment method and other pertaining information is provided by the Hotel when confirming the reservation request.

GROUP RATES:  (they are per person for the length of the stay).
To be entitled to them group must be composed of at least 10 persons, groups are entitled to 1 person Free for every 15 persons.

PRICES: are PER PERSON /  PER NUMBER OF NIGHTS, commissionable at 20% for travel agents and tour operators, 16% Honduran taxes (12% sales & 4% tourist taxes) should be added to all rates.

EUROPEAN PLAN: Room only. Room only.  

AMERICAN PLAN: Package includes room & board.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
A deposit for the value of 2 nights is usually required to guarantee all bookings, when booking is made by a travel agency or tour operator the deposit is waived but the booking must be pre-paid by the wholesaler 20 days prior to arrival date unless otherwise agreed between hotel & wholesaler, once payment is made an e-mail 
notification of it should be sent to the Hotel so that we can credit the payment immediately.

Cancellations made up to 20 days prior to arrival are not subject to any penalizations, if the booking has already been pre-paid the full amount paid is credited to the client for a future transaction or refunded. 

For bookings cancelled 10-19 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the full amount paid is forfeited.  If booking is cancelled 6-9 days prior to arrival, 60% of the full cost is forfeited.  If less than 5 days notice is given, 100% of the total amount is forfeited. 

If the booking has been fully pre-paid by a wholesaler, the hotel will credit the remaining balance to the wholesaler for a future transaction.  For companies based in USA and Europe the deposit or payment can be a 
wire transfer, bank address and account information is provided by us along with a copy of the reservation card when confirming the booking.  A Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit card can also be accepted to hold & 
guarantee the booking but no charges are made to it prior to guests arrival; once here clients pay bill directly.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel individual or group reservations if requested information and payments are not provided by the method & within the time period requested.
